Today’s world is filled with a constant supply of fitness content via the social media influencer. Instagram and the like are filled with Instamodels promoting their #instafitness with discount codes, selling programming, and sharing progress pics with chiseled abs. But is this constant obsession with needing to look a certain way, and ‘no days off mentality’ doing more harm than good? In this episode I freely address the damning effects fitness imagery is having on the masses and discuss the steps one can take to live a more balanced life while redefining one’s relationship with fitness, health, wellness, and the people we choose to follow on social media.

This whole reproductive health discussion may appear off topic, but it’s not. This is all part of the bigger picture–the whole picture, the complete picture. How can I truly expect to be healthy if one crucial system of my body is shut down, dormant, and not fully functional?
