About Me
Arielle Miller Cohen is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and Lifestylist in the Greater Los Angeles area. She holds additional certifications in Buti and Street yoga, as well as Schwinn Indoor Cycling. As a life long lover of health and wellness and former collegiate athlete, Arielle was determined to bring the transformative powers of fitness to the world while inspiring people to cultivate the whole-self from the inside out. An avid reader and lover of words, Arielle is an active blogger and writer. She believes strongly that the cathartic energy of physical movement can enact great positive changes in people’s lives. Arielle aims to bring people together and form community through her dynamic yoga classes and dexterity with the pen (oops, keyboard).
Simply known by many as “The Girl with Purple Hair”, Arielle’s classes are challenging, creative, and set to awesome playlists. Arielle’s no excuses approach to living life and embracing obstacles inspires participants to live purposely and always dare to be greater than they were the day before.
A compassionate but also firm presence needed to help elevate people to see their truest potential; Arielle utilizes her training as a veteran public school teacher with a Master’s Degree in Leadership. Whether you are looking to shake up your life and over haul it, or just get in an extra cardio session—Arielle can help guide you towards whatever it is you are striving to achieve; her goal is to help people transcend what they thought was possible by looking inward so that they may shine outward!
