We sure do spend a lot of time apologizing for things we haven’t done, or needn’t to be sorry. Why is it that we do that? And why is it that women are more apt then men to excessively apologize? In this episode we take a look into why people feel the need to apologize for things they did not do, and take a peek at some ways to stop apologizing when it isn’t warranted.

With the US Women’s National Team (USWNT) winning the World Cup yet again, it has sparked heated debates internationally while dividing friends, families, and even this great nation as we know it. Do women in professional sports deserve equal pay? Are women, more specifically the USWNT generating the same revenue as their male counterparts? And even if they aren’t, do they deserve the same pay for doing the same job? In this episode, I share my personal experiences as a woman while being targeted for publicly calling for equity in professional sports. Together we’ll explore the numbers regarding how the USWNT team is actually doing while exposing the pervasive misogyny rampant in the world. Buckle up friends, it’s gonna be a bumpy ride!
